I'm brewed an IPA using Cal Common yeast. I chilled down to 60.pitched yeast and let it ferment. Well, yesterday, the temperature started to climb. Today, it is up to 76. The fan is running, but the unit isnot cooling. I removed it from the fermenter and the rod feels war....About 76 degrees. It will still be beer, but not what I was hoping for. Any idea as to what is happening and any fixes?
