Not bad. I needed to go down to 62° for 12 hours. Then warm up to 68° until half gravity is reached. When I chilled I got really close to 62° I only had to go another 1/2 degree and that seemed to cool down in about an hour. But getting it back up to 68° took about 14 hours. Ambient temp is probably mid 60s so this seems to be a bit long. Anyone have any opinions on this?
In a day or two I'll need to get back down to 65° we'll see how long that takes. Then I'll cold crash it. It will be interesting to see how low I can get.
The control panel is fine. It reads out the temp on the probe. When you press + or - the display changes to your target temp and blinks. After a few secs it stops blinking and goes back to the current temp the probe is reading.
I'll follow up with the rest of fermentation.
