Another single-unit UK buyer here. Ordered online in mid-September for 'November delivery'. We're now going to be in January and nary a word, despite repeated promises. Still listed as 'processing' - same as it's been for several months - which I suspect means is not close to actually shipping.
No doubt I will find it easy to forgive all if the unit works as promised, but I must say, not off to a very good start on the customer service side of things. It's not the delay so much as the general radio silence.
I would also note that it is incredibly hard to find info about your order on the site, since - as far as I can tell - there's no link on the site to your account / order history etc. The link is available from the email you received if you created an account at the time, but the front page really should have a link to it.
