Make sure that the one given to is the only tracking number. I received the same note with a tracking number to find out that I have more than one package. They both arrived the same day/time but the haven't got the one I was tracking. I received the other tracking number (which is jacket only).
Hopefully I will have mine by next week. No one's answering any of my queries in their email. Even in this forum.
My order was placed in September and still has a status of processing. No emails yet.
I sent an email asking for an update and got a response back pretty quickly. I got an email from Aaron Walls letting me know my order was delayed due to the vender for one of the lids was being unresponsive. He gave me the option of waiting until the lid came in or having the rest of the order ship now and have the lid shipped at a later date. Everything except the lid was shipped yesterday. Can't wait until it's delivered. I've been waiting for the Brewjacket to start a Vienna Lager.
I received an email on the 19th of December stating that a shipping label had been created for my order. Here we are, almost two months later, and the order hasn't shipped. When will I see my order? If the order cannot be delivered by February 28, I would like a refund. I believe four months is plenty of time to fulfill an order. Especially since you collected payment back in October.I look forward to hearing from you.

My order has been delivered! Unfortunately it arrived about a week after I'd left the UK, so I won't get to use them until I get back in March But I'm happy they've arrived and pretty excited to get to use them. Planning a major brew session when I get home. Can't wait!

Thanks. I did get home in March, and I did test the Brewjackets in water where they worked both in cooling and heating. Although the process was quite slow. Unfortunately, I was not able to get a brew going due to other business (one of the hazards of working away from home is that little jobs pile up while you're absent!)Nonetheless, it WILL happen next trip and my first attempt at a lager is imminent!
